Buckminster Fuller/ Constance Abernathy
I had a million random jobs during my misspent youth in New York City, and met a million random interesting people. Constance Abernathy was a talented jeweller and old school eccentric who I worked for a few times. She was a buddhist and carefully planned her suicide, which was a shocking concept to me back then. She told me a story of being best friends with Yoko Ono, but she never spoke to her again when she got together with John. She taught me about precious gems and beads, she left me a necklace and this photo when she died. I love the space race, but she didn't know that.
